Switch to the v2 tools in one step #317

Description

Last subtask of #310. Removes the 27 old tools and makes v2 the only surface, without aliases.

Work

  • Register ItemReadTools, ItemActionTools, ItemStoreTools and ProjectTools in Program.cs; remove the old tool classes and their tests once every behaviour is covered by ported tests. Move what still lives only in the old classes (for example the system guide and PreviewGreeting in MemoryTools) to its new home.
  • System guide: rewrite for v2 and bump the version; server instructions in Program.cs. Mention that one tool (item_action) carries task work and moderation, so only the agent key's capabilities separate them (#314).
  • Web: setup and memory-move prompts on /connect, the guide page, the batch schema and example under /schemas and /examples (the v1 memory file stays accepted; document the v2 batch with keys).
  • Documentation: WEB.md, README, #279 (MCP surface), #287 (relations), #309 from planned to implemented, other pages naming old tools. On #309 update decision 5 (batches: mixed kinds, each kind atomic on its own, decided 2026-09-19 in #315) and the measured size (6,462 characters after the description changes of #314 and #315).
  • McpDiscoveryTests: budget lowered to the measured size, reason recorded.
  • Release note for connected agents: old names, new names, the patch rule (omitted keeps, null clears) and version replacing baseRevisionId.
  • Remind the owner to update personal agent instructions that name old tools (for example a global CLAUDE.md calling memory_recall).

Acceptance

  • A search of the repository and the project documentation finds no old tool name outside history and the release note.
  • A fresh agent session using only /connect completes setup, recall, a task round trip and a memory change.
