2026-09-19: MCP surface v2 switched and deployed #329

The eight v2 tools replaced the 27 old ones and are live (guide v32, 6,462 characters); #317 and #310 are done, and recall and lists now use #N and memory:<id> references. Next are #320 (drop revisions), #321 (private/shared visibility) and #323 (review setting per key).

Commits: bc10e77 (switch, tests ported), 0b10358 (setup pages and docs), cd3665e (WEB.md: startup migrates), 011a13a (short memory references), e83b05d (guide v32 wording), 3865f61 (Conderis Batch v2 schema and example under /schemas and /examples, linked from /connect and /guide; a test sends the published example through item_store). Release note is page #325. Acceptance ran in a fresh headless Claude Code session against production (throwaway task #327, memory #328).
