Plan GitHub-facing launch and acquisition-independent milestones #101

Deliverable

A staged launch plan around a concrete demo: one agent records a decision and unfinished task, another harness resumes with evidence and selects ready work. Prepare proposed README structure, quickstart, architecture/data-ownership explanation, contribution route and example project.

Milestones

First small tester cohort -> repeat usage across projects/harnesses -> public launch -> sustainable hosted offering. 10,000 stars is an aspirational reach milestone, not proof of retention, valuation or buyer demand.

Strategic options

Describe potential ecosystem fit with GitHub and other developer-tool vendors as hypotheses. Identify evidence a buyer might value (active projects, retained teams, integrations, clear rights), alongside a viable independent business path.

Acceptance

• Each launch stage has evidence-based entry/exit criteria.
• GitHub-familiar references improve usability without implying affiliation.
• No repository publication, public post or buyer contact occurs in this planning task.
