Document Markdown authoring in MCP tools and verify fresh-agent usage #87

Update TaskTools/MemoryTools descriptions for all affected create/update/batch fields, short MCP server description/instructions, system_memory and Connect/Guide examples. Describe Markdown syntax, length limits, plain-text titles, canonical references and permission/version rules. Include one small task and memory example.

Acceptance

• Actual tools/list schemas agree with working field behavior.
• Fresh agent can discover tasks from ticket wording, author Markdown and resolve an item without hidden project knowledge.
• Stored Markdown remains readable to agents as source text.
• Test essential security and contract behavior; verify mobile rendering separately.

Dependencies

Ship documentation with #74 renderer and #73 reference behavior; do not advertise unavailable tools.
