Expose canonical item resolution and update agent discovery #82

Work

Add an authorized resolver for projectId + public number returning item type and the supported typed reference. Update routes, list/detail output, MCP parameter descriptions, short server instructions, system_memory and Connect examples consistently. Include tasks/tickets/issues/Aufgaben synonyms and distinguish public numbers from internal IDs.

Acceptance

• A fresh agent given only #42 can resolve the item and choose the correct read tool from tools/list metadata.
• Unknown/private references do not leak type, title or existence.
• Legacy typed calls follow the documented compatibility contract.
• Integration coverage verifies identical numbers in different projects and an end-to-end read/update with current version.

Dependencies

#73 contract, allocator and migration. New instructions must ship with working behavior, not ahead of it.
