Add read-first memory details with revision-aware editing #108

Work

Render the authorized memory revision using the shared Markdown renderer and expose metadata/history. Edit opens the existing revision-aware form only when allowed; creation stays separate. Keep review/approve/archive actions deliberate and independently permission checked. Historical revisions must be clearly identified.

Acceptance

• Personal and project memory links open readable content.
• Edit uses correct base revision; viewing history never replaces current content.
• Save with pending moderation returns to a view that accurately identifies published versus proposed content.
• Read-only viewers cannot access draft/private content or edit actions.
